This project focused on increasing the adoption of the Interpolis mobile app among new customers. Despite the app's many features, new users were often unaware of its benefits. The goal was to design a welcoming experience using both online and offline methods (e.g., emails, posters, pop-ups) to encourage app downloads. By analyzing competitor strategies, current promotional efforts, the app’s unique benefits and the use of UserTesting. I created an series of effective solutions that aim to boost customer engagement within the app.
One of the key solutions developed was an in-app tour for new users. During my research, it became evident that many users were unaware of the app's numerous features and, as a result, weren't utilizing it to its full potential. The app tour was designed to address this by highlighting its most important features, helping users get the most out of the app.
Since one of the few channels to reach new customers is through physical mail, as email addresses are not widely available, I created a flyer highlighting the app’s unique selling points. The flyer also includes a QR code, allowing interested customers to easily download the app.
